What the dashboard helps teams do
The final dashboard gives sales teams a faster way to explore performance and make sense of sales, product, customer, and budget data.
Outcome points:
- Sales Managers can track overall sales performance and budget comparison
- Sales Representatives can identify top customers for follow-up
- Product teams can understand which products and categories drive revenue
- Teams can filter the dashboard by time, city, product, and customer context
- Budget comparison is shown clearly without forcing misleading product-level analysis
